Currently, points and discount codes cannot be used together in the same order.
Also, only one voucher redeemed with points can be applied per order — multiple vouchers cannot be stacked.
Once points are redeemed, the transaction cannot be undone. Please ensure you’re ready to use them before finalizing your redemption.
Yes, you can return your order according to our return policy. However, the points voucher used will not be reissued.
