Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping fees for standard items are based on your order subtotal (after discounts). Heavy or oversized products — such as camping cots, tents, and power stations — ship at a flat rate and are not eligible for free shipping. Eligible products are marked on their product pages.

- The US$9.90 rate applies to standard-item orders of US$35.00 or more that have not yet reached the free-shipping threshold.
- If your order contains both standard and heavy/oversized items, the applicable fees for each will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Discount codes and coupons cannot be stacked. Free shipping is calculated on the subtotal after discounts.
Order & Delivery Support
Changing Address
Once your order has shipped, the delivery address can no longer be modified. If you have not yet received a shipping notification, contact contact@fire-maple.com as soon as possible.
Tracking Your Order

Lost Packages
Report lost or missing packages to contact@fire-maple.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Claims after this period may be rejected. Fire Maple is not responsible for undelivered orders caused by an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Parcel Delivery
We try to deliver all items in one shipment, but items may occasionally ship separately depending on the product and warehouse. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Exchanges
Defective or damaged items can be replaced within 14 days of receipt. Email photos of the item to contact@fire-maple.com to request an exchange for the same item.
Discounts & Coupons
Discount codes and coupons cannot be stacked.
