Lässt sich der Topf wie bei einem Jetboil verriegeln?

Der Topf verfügt über einen feststehenden Griff mit Verriegelung. Der arretierbare und stabile Griff mit intelligenter Stahlverriegelung ermöglicht ein einfaches Halten des Topfes, selbst wenn er mit Wasser gefüllt ist.

Kann ich das auch köcheln lassen? So kann ich Eier und Fleisch garen, ohne dass es anbrennt.

Absolut! Es braucht etwas Übung, und die Umgebung (Wind, Kälte, Hitze) beeinflusst die Brenngeschwindigkeit des Kochers. Man sollte ihn auch nicht wie ein normales Kochgerät behandeln. Es gibt keine feste Brenngeschwindigkeit, die man einstellen und dann vergessen kann, und er brennt richtig heiß, besonders bei dem kleinen Topfdurchmesser. Mit ein paar Versuchen wirst du im Handumdrehen zum Campingkocher!

Worin besteht der Unterschied zwischen diesem Ofen und dem Fixed Star 3?

Größe und Gewicht. X2 ist für 2 Personen, X3 ist eher ein Solo-Setup.
X2 ist für 2-3 Personen (1 Liter).
X3 ist für 1-2 Personen, 0,8 l

Welche Gaskartusche passt am besten in den Topf? Ich habe eine 220-g-Coleman-Gaskartusche, die zu breit ist und nicht hineinpasst.

Eine 110-g-Dose passt. Setzen Sie zuerst den Boden mit dem Brenner nach unten ein. Dann die Halterung für die Gaskartusche und anschließend die Düse der kleinen Gaskartusche nach oben.

Can I use it inside a tent or vehicle?

No. Use the stove outdoors only in a well-ventilated area. Never operate it inside a tent, vehicle, or enclosed shelter.

How should I clean and store it?

Allow every component to cool first. Wash the pot with mild soap and water, and wipe the burner with a damp cloth without immersing it. Dry all parts completely before nesting them inside the pot.

Dear manufacturer, I have been successfully using FM X2 Orange for many years, and I wanted to gift my brother the same one for his birthday.
Look how the fixing protrusions do not align with the holes on the pot. You can observe the trace of a discrepancy. Fixation does not occur in the desired place.
What's happening with you? Production was halted, and now they rushed to fix the defects. I do not understand your attitude towards your own product and customers. For such a price to sell a defective product is disrespectful to the customer. I'm giving 3* to draw attention to this comment.

Since having the Star X2 since January 2025 I can tell you that for the price and the convenience of cooking right from the back of my vehicle I have never gone without a cup of coffee or a nice hot meal , it is a game changer .

Everything is great, the set includes two spare neoprene covers and two spare sealing rings for the burner. It arrived quickly! Thank you!! !

Delivery takes 5 weeks, slow. Device works ok. When everithing is packed, there are some space, should put some package material to make it silence.

Stove is light. Love the long handle to avoid burns and easy pour. Boiled water SUPER fast.

I used it in a recent camping trip, worked like a charm! Previously, I used to use Coleman stove to boil water to make coffee and it took a long time especially in higher elevations. But with this cooking system, I had boiling water real fast. It is a quality piece of gear and you will not be disappointed!

Lightweight and durable. It’s a staple of my gear. Perfect cup of coffee size. I would suggest that if you get this you should also go buy “hot lips” from Garage Grown Gear. It will allow you not to burn your lips on the hot hot rim of this cup. It’s hard to complain about this cup getting so hot because that’s what it’s supposed to do, it’s titanium but the hot lips accessory is critical to me fully enjoying it. This boiled water quickly. This did spit and splash boilibg water when filled too high, be careful. The lid is a weak point. The nubs don't seal the lid closed they just hinder the lid. One fell of in trasport day one. I like the handle and spout. The stove did not make the handle hot but I was curious to see if it would. I have figured out how to use it and it helps me make great tea. The size is perfect.
