The product page will indicate if an item is sent from China. We'll also put in some stickers and other goodies just for being awesome to you.



Depending on the item(s) you purchase on and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available.

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order, the shipping method you select, and your shipping location. Your actual shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.



Once you have submitted an order on, you will receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter. The confirmation email will contain a link to your order. Tracking numbers will be displayed on the order detail page once the order has shipped.



If you have a lost or missed packages, please contact us at within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Any claims submitted after the 7-day period may be rejected. Please note, Firemaple is not responsible for lost or unreceived orders caused by a customer's address entry error.



Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged within 14 days after receipt. Email us and take a picture of the items you received at if you need to exchange it for the same item.
