Lost Packages
Report lost packages within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Claims after this period may be rejected.
Exchanges
Defective items can be replaced within 14 days of receipt. Please provide photos to our support team.
Special Notes:
- Stoves may ship 1–3 days later due to separate fulfillment channels.
- A $5 additional fee applies to the Saturn Gas Stove due to special handling.
- Discount codes and coupons cannot be stacked.
