Transit times are somewhat slower than typical due to COVID-19, although they usually take between 3 and 7 business days depending on location. In light of these challenging circumstances, we really appreciate your patience and understanding.
The product page will indicate if an item is sent from China. We'll also put in some stickers and other goodies just for being awesome to you.

SHIPPING COSTS

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on firemaplegear.com and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your order. Shipping costs are dependent on the items in your order, the shipping method you select, and your shipping location. Your actual shipping charges will be displayed during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

CHANGING ADDRESS

If you receive an email notification that the shipment has been shipped, unfortunately the address cannot be modified.
If you have not received an email notification of the shipment, please contact contact@fire-maple.com to confirm that the address can be changed.

DISCOUNT AND COUPONS


Discount codes or coupons cannot be stacked.

 

PARCEL DELIVERY

If you order more than one item, we try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time.
Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.

LOST PACKAGES

If you have a lost or missed packages, please contact us at contact@fire-maple.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Any claims submitted after the 7-day period may be rejected. Please note, Firemaple is not responsible for lost or unreceived orders caused by a customer's address entry error.

EXCHANGES

Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged within 14 days after receipt. Email us and take a picture of the items you received at contact@fire-maple.com if you need to exchange it for the same item.
