Is it non-stick (coated)?

No. It is pure 304 Stainless Steel without any chemical coatings (like Teflon).
Benefit: You never have to worry about scratching the coating with metal utensils or eating flakes of plastic. It lasts a lifetime.

Does it burn food easily?

No, thanks to its premium Aluminum-Clad Base (Tri-ply Construction). Stainless steel is extremely durable but conducts heat poorly on its own. The aluminum core spreads the heat evenly across the whole pan, preventing the center "hot spot" that burns food.

Can I use it on an open fire?
