Sign in to your Camp Maple account, shop as usual, and complete eligible earning activities. Your earn rate increases as you move up through the Camp Ranks.

Turn your Sparks into free shipping, money-off rewards, or exclusive FireMaple gear. Available rewards are shown in your account and the Sparks & Rewards panel.

Your Sparks expire after 12 consecutive months without earning or redeeming. Any qualifying activity resets the expiration period.

Yes. Sign in and open Loyalty Hub to see your current balance, activity history, available rewards, and Camp Rank.

Each reward has a use-by date shown in your account. Be sure to use it before that date.

Only one reward or promotional code can be used per order. Free-shipping rewards and money-off rewards must be used on separate orders.

Sparks earned from canceled, returned, or refunded items will be removed or adjusted. A reward used on the order is not automatically reissued.
