Raise a Front Awning: support a vestibule door with trekking poles to create shade or covered outdoor seating; trekking poles are not included.

The 55.1 in (140 cm) floor width fits two common 20-inch backpacking pads side by side. Two wider 25-inch pads may also fit, but they leave substantially less space along the sides for gear.

Store larger packs and footwear in the two vestibules rather than promising abundant gear room inside.

Is the listed 4.3 lb weight for the complete set?

No. The tent weighs 4.3 lb (1.95 kg).
The matching footprint adds 8.6 oz (245 g), bringing the Tent + Footprint package to approximately 4.84 lb (2.20 kg).

Can I pitch the rainfly first?

Yes, when using the matching footprint. Set up the footprint and pole structure, attach the rainfly, then clip the inner tent underneath.

Without the footprint, the advertised fly-first method is not the intended setup.

Will the inner tent stay completely dry during setup?

The fly-first method helps keep the inner tent covered, but it cannot guarantee that no water will enter during strong wind, prolonged rain, or incorrect pitching.

Can it handle heavy rain?

The rainfly uses a PU3000 coating and taped seams, but weather performance also depends on staking, guy-line tension, site drainage, wind direction, seam condition, and fly-to-inner separation. No tent should be presented as guaranteed for every heavy-rain condition.

Stove is light. Love the long handle to avoid burns and easy pour. Boiled water SUPER fast.

I used it in a recent camping trip, worked like a charm! Previously, I used to use Coleman stove to boil water to make coffee and it took a long time especially in higher elevations. But with this cooking system, I had boiling water real fast. It is a quality piece of gear and you will not be disappointed!

Lightweight and durable. It’s a staple of my gear. Perfect cup of coffee size. I would suggest that if you get this you should also go buy “hot lips” from Garage Grown Gear. It will allow you not to burn your lips on the hot hot rim of this cup. It’s hard to complain about this cup getting so hot because that’s what it’s supposed to do, it’s titanium but the hot lips accessory is critical to me fully enjoying it. This boiled water quickly. This did spit and splash boilibg water when filled too high, be careful. The lid is a weak point. The nubs don't seal the lid closed they just hinder the lid. One fell of in trasport day one. I like the handle and spout. The stove did not make the handle hot but I was curious to see if it would. I have figured out how to use it and it helps me make great tea. The size is perfect.
