Dear manufacturer, I have been successfully using FM X2 Orange for many years, and I wanted to gift my brother the same one for his birthday.
Look how the fixing protrusions do not align with the holes on the pot. You can observe the trace of a discrepancy. Fixation does not occur in the desired place.
What's happening with you? Production was halted, and now they rushed to fix the defects. I do not understand your attitude towards your own product and customers. For such a price to sell a defective product is disrespectful to the customer. I'm giving 3* to draw attention to this comment.

Excellent system! A liter of water boils in 3 minutes. High-quality materials, well-designed comfortable structure. At first it seemed that the piezo igniter wasn't working, but it was necessary to simply fully open the gas.

The back side of the lid's clasp is broken. It's unclear how to secure the lid now.

Since having the Star X2 since January 2025 I can tell you that for the price and the convenience of cooking right from the back of my vehicle I have never gone without a cup of coffee or a nice hot meal , it is a game changer .
Everything is great, the set includes two spare neoprene covers and two spare sealing rings for the burner. It arrived quickly! Thank you!! !
Delivery takes 5 weeks, slow. Device works ok. When everithing is packed, there are some space, should put some package material to make it silence.
