Excellent, very light, we will see how it performs in the Andes, for now unbeatable quality for the price.

Very good quality syove, a nice price, fast shipping and good customer service as always.
The stove looks good and is well made,
The base folds to fit the gas can perfectly and is very stable.
The boiling time is so fast!

The only issues are that the screw fitting and rubber seals are too tight on the standard screw canister, i had to use a wrench to tighten the stove on the canister, and also needed to take off.
The fitting is not as nice fitting as a brass european stove fitting.
Maybe the screw on the stove is cut differently!
I tried it on several different canisters and tight on all of them.

Very happy thank you.

This system is an odd duck, it works great and does its job well. If you were only going to eat boil-a-bag this is an excellent choice. Pot and burner quality is high. My only nit (and it is a small one) is that the pot to stove attachment has a "gritty" feeling" on attaching that should disappear with use.

Nice kit, with care

I have lots of FM gear and they are all great - but this one… I line it a lot but had to do a few field repairs … the burner head came loose from the vase- the time screws at the sides were not tight, I firmed it but it happened a number of times - when lifting the pot the ‘head’ came up with it - so overall, great unit, but bring a tiny screwdriver ( or weatherman) just in case

Amazing little stove cooks fast

Amazing little stove cooks fast, boils water in about 3-4 minutes depending on the outside temperature.

This is one of the fastest water boilers i've seen, it's insane how quick this boiled 600ml of water. you aren't cooking with this though, it's purely for boiling water. it was a bit breezy outside and the burner performed very well, the great exchanger was excellent, and i got my cup of coffee in record time. the item arrived generally undamaged, but there were scrapes and scratches around the top, which was a bit upsetting, but after they assured me it was not another person's return i was happy. i can highly recommend this cook-set but i wish they do a titanium pot for it as i'm not happy with using aluminium, especially if it's scratched.

The packaging was also careful, so the main unit and the box arrived without any damage. Additionally, there were no issues with the functionality of the burner and other features.

Quickboil Pro

Grateful little setup. Add the titanium cup, and stainless double mesh coffee filter, and you have it made. Coffee, tea, soup, hot chocolate, on the go! Love Fire-Maple stuff, that's why I keep buying it ...

Very good, the marking of the pot lock is reversed but you won't die because of that.

Great pot and perfect size for backpacking. Very quick to boil.

I mostly only need to boil just over 1 cup. So, it's amazingly quick to boil with. I'd like to see them make a Ti version. Right now, this is my favorite cook system.

It is a nice idea…

I really wanted to like this setup, I think the idea is right…
But it is a miss for me, the design needs more refinement IMO.
The post is designed in a way that it necessitatesa secondary lip at the base which for me is a no, no when I’m in the bush and cleaning is very rudimentary.
The basket attachment on the burner looks a feels too weak, I feel like this would be the first thing to fail, with the connection to the pot being rough and stiff it will forever be fatigue loaded every time you use it.
The burner should also come with a starter.

Look the idea is great the execution not quite yet.

I’ll stick to me G3 post and Torch burner for the meantime.

Quick boil.

Love it. This thing boils faster than any of my other pots, it is a little heavy but I can live with the trade off. Looking forward to trying it in the winter.

Cool idea. Good quality product. It's a pity that there is no lighter. From the downsides. The bottom got slightly scratched due to the cardboard inside. Lovely packaging

Boil time is very fast. Light setup. Only things I'd like to see is peizo, and my fuel cans to fit. Definitely not deal breakers, as this is a badass setup!

Its okay

I like the weight and the size of the stove. It needs improvements i don't like that you need to finagle the pot to get it to fit on the stove. Then the pot is stuck on the stove to the point you need to hold to stove to get the pot off while unscrewing it or you'll twist the stove off the gas container. Overall I wouldn't recommend it.

I love fire maple and own several of their products without issue. At first glance, this pot stove combo looked great, especially with the new windscreen and heat exchanger. The stove fits snugly inside the pot, and the lid rests well. Markings on the pot are clear and helpful. However, i was disappointed there is no ignition source. Since the stove fits tightly, you must light it before placing the pot, which is inconvenient and reduces efficiency. The locking mechanism is tricky and can unscrew the stove from the canister when unlocking, which is dangerous when hot. I almost had an accident with boiling water due to the handle collapsing while trying to remove the pot. Also, the pot is not stable on flat surfaces. It rests on 3 small rivets and can tip when full. Overall, great concept, but poor execution. With a few design tweaks, this could be excellent.

Missed opportunity.

For the price it should have been made with an electric ignition.

Very efficient but difficult to unlock

The new quickboil pro is very efficient and boils water fast. The windscreen appears to work very well in my initial tests. However, the pot is difficult to unlock from the stove. I needed to hold the stove when rotating the pot so that the pot would not spin the stove off of the canister. If you're not careful, you could spill hot water onto the hand that is gripping the stove. Also, this stove is loud. I don't run my stove at full blast anyway, but if you do, its one of the loudest stoves I've used.

Can you connect the Z1 propane adapter to this?

FireMaple

No, due to the unique double seal design on the valve, this set is NOT compatible with our Z1 adapter.
