We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
How long do I have before making a return?
We accept return of products. You have 7 days to make returns. No returns made after 7 days after delivery of the product.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
a. If the return is caused by the consumer, such as you don't like the color of the product, you don't need the product anymore, etc., you should be responsible for the shipping cost. The exact cost should depend on the courier company you choose.
b. If, due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
How do I make a return?
Please keep all packaging until you're completely satisfied with your purchase's condition. This will ease any returns.
1). Please reach out to FireMaple customer support by e-mail to initiate a return. Please state the reason for return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.
2). FireMaple support will share the corresponding return address with you.
3). For the refund to be processed in a timely manner, please be sure to send a return notification to FireMaple with the following information:
· Name of the courier
· Tracking number
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A debit card refund takes a couple of days to process. In fact, the time frame is generally between 7-10 business days. In the best-case scenario it could take up to 3 days depending on your bank.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this, and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com
If the deduction fee is inconsistent with the order display, please consult the card issuing bank first to find out whether a cross-border processing fee has been charged.
