Failed product.

I purchased the stove kit and the stove base failed. The pin in the base that depresses the valve in the fuel canister simply fell out rendering the stove useless. I contacted customer support and after relentless trying to get it covered through warranty for repair/replacement, I was told that the only option was for me to buy a new base. Wow. So basically there is ZERO warranty and ZERO product support for Fire Maple products. Not awesome.
