What fuel canisters does the FMS-125 use?

The stove connects to standard EN417 threaded isobutane-propane canisters.

Keep the fuel canister upright throughout use.
Fuel is sold separately.

Can I use the fuel canister upside down?

No. Keep the canister upright during operation.

The FMS-125 does not have a preheat tube for inverted liquid-feed use. Inverting the canister may send liquid fuel toward the burner and cause an oversized or unstable flame.

Does the FMS-125 have a pressure regulator?

No. It has an adjustable flame-control valve, not a pressure regulator.

You can turn the flame up or down, but output may decrease when the canister becomes cold or runs low.

What cookware works best?

Use compact or medium camping pots and pans whose bases contact all supports evenly.

Keep cookware centered over the burner. Stability depends on the cookware diameter, total weight, balance, and the surface beneath the stove.

Can I use a separate windscreen?

Yes, provided the fuel canister remains completely outside the shielded area.

Maintain adequate ventilation and prevent reflected heat from reaching the hose, connector, valve, or canister. Do not create a sealed enclosure around the burner.
