The cup is large and durable. Easy to drink coffee, hot cocoa, tea, etc.
I first ordered the "Water" element version. When I received it and used it a few times, Icame back to Firemaple and also ordered the "WOOD" and "FIRE" elements cups as well! I would recommend these cups to just get that extra outdoorsy feel!

My husband was wanting a new cup for camping and he is a woodworking hobbyist as well. I saw the Ancest Bushcraft wooden cup on the Fire Maple site and it was on sale, so the price was just right!
It took a lot longer to arrive than what I was expecting. I ordered the cup at the same time as the Polaris stove cook system, however the two items ended up arriving separately. The stove came within a few days of the order being placed. The cup took significantly longer. It was not made clear on the website that the cup was coming from China whereas the stove from their distribution center in Georgia.
The cup came in a nicely packaged box and had a shiny appearance. My husband was thinking some type of sealant was on the cup. He was not sure if the material was food grade, so he sanded the cup to remove it and then added a food grade sealer.
He loves the cup and it has a really nice fit in the hand. It holds a decent volume of liquid (coffee) and also serves as a soup bowl or food bowl. I have small hands and the cup is comfortable for me as well. I bought the water symbol and he is now asking to get the other two :)!
I would have given the cup five stars, except for the fact that there was no indication the cup was coming from China and would not be part of my original order and it is not clear what sealant is used on the cup.

I first purchased the "FIRE" element cup, and liked it so much, that I also purchased the "WOOD" and "WATER" elements cups!
Love drinking my coffee, cocoa, and hot tea from these cups. I have also used them for eating gumbo and soup! Yes, its large enough for that too. After use, I clean them, and hang them from the leather cord attached to each cup. I recommend these wooden cups!
