Very happy with the product

This is the second piece of cookware that I have purchased from Fire Maple and both are well made, highly functional and are just what I was looking for in camp cookware.

Great design and well made

I purchased this for the sole reason to use this with my firemaple Cookstove which burns wood, wood pellets, twigs, ETC, and it works wonderful to transfer the heat quickly with less heat loss. All around a great purchase. Really happy with this.. Now make a 9" skillet like this... Please

Boils water faster on my propane stove

I've been watching this lately on my stove. It appears to boil water faster than my other pot. And I mean minutes faster and since I'm van camping, less propane use is a good thing.

the pot is easy to clean and light weight. I had no problem with it.

Ok for now

This is my make shift short term review. The pot looked great upon opening it. The quality is good the locking system is nice and fancy and seems to work. However, real question for me is how it will look after I cook some bacon I'm it. I tested it right away with some Korean bacon and... it charred it up real fast. However using the scrubbing pad provided it did clean off easily with minimal water and soap, but did leave some discoloration even after one use... not a big deal. The scrubbing pad did not appear to create any scratches or damage to the pot.
