I am taking my new FireMaple camp pot to a week-long survival course. We shall see whether this is simply a beautiful piece of gear or whether it changes my system forever. There's nothing like trial by fire.

Awesome Antarcti 1.2L Stainless Steel Coffee Pot !

I am very impressed with the Antarcti 1.2L Stainless Steel Coffee Pot. It is made from high quality SS and demonstrates flawless execution. I purchased this over the Pathfinder 1l Bush Pot and paid more because of the locking lid feature. I like the locking lid because it allows me to use the pot as storage for my fire kit cooking utensils and cotton cloth in my haversack The steamer tray is a nice touch. All that and it's just a beautiful piece of cooking gear. I'd likely purchase the folding frying pan if it had a lid/plate like the Pathfinder skillet. Over all Fire Maple prices seem higher than others, but the quality is undeniable.
