Can I use the fuel canister upside down?

No. Keep the canister upright throughout use.

The FMS-125 Pro does not have a preheat tube for inverted liquid-feed operation. Inverting the canister may send liquid fuel directly toward the burner and cause an oversized or unstable flame.

What cookware works best?

Use compact and medium camping pots or pans whose bases contact all supports evenly.

The wide serrated supports are better suited to everyday cooking than very small micro-stove arms, but oversized or heavily loaded cookware can still create an unstable setup.

Is the burner windproof?

No. The recessed burner and surrounding metal ring help reduce direct exposure to light side breezes.

Stronger wind can still affect flame stability, boil time, and fuel use. Use the stove in a naturally sheltered outdoor location when possible.

Can I use a separate windscreen?

Yes, because the fuel canister is separated from the burner.

Keep the canister completely outside the windscreen, maintain ventilation, and prevent reflected heat from reaching the hose, valve, connector, or canister. Do not fully seal the burner inside a windscreen.
