Can I use it directly over a campfire?

Yes. Place it over a controlled outdoor fire or hot coals on firm, noncombustible ground.

All panels, hinges, legs, and tongs can become extremely hot. Use heat-resistant gloves or suitable tools, and allow the table to cool completely before folding or moving it.

What is the difference between the two surface patterns?

The open-cut panel allows more direct heat and airflow to reach food.

The tighter-slot panel has smaller openings, giving smaller food and compact cookware more metal support underneath. They are not separately controlled temperature zones, and both sides will become hot when placed over a fire.

Can I put a camping stove or heavy pot on it?

A compact camping stove can be placed on the table only when there is no active fire or hot coals underneath.

Keep all equipment centered and place the table on firm, level ground. Because a verified maximum load has not been published, avoid heavy cast iron cookware or large off-center loads until the rated capacity is confirmed.

Is it stable on uneven ground?

Use it on the firmest, most level surface available.

Fully open and position all four legs, then press gently on each side to check for rocking before adding cookware or lighting a fire. Do not rely on the table to compensate for loose rocks, steep slopes, soft soil, or unstable fire rings.
