Which gas canisters does this leather cover fit?

It fits most standard 8 oz (230 g) backpacking isobutane-propane canisters. Canister dimensions vary slightly by manufacturer, so unusually wide or differently shaped models may fit tightly or may not fit.

Note: Some Coleman 230g flat canisters are slightly wider than the industry standard and may be a very tight fit or may not fit at all.

Does it improve cold-weather stove performance?

Not in a meaningful or reliable way. This product should be treated as a decorative and light protective sleeve, not as a canister warmer or cold-weather performance accessory.

How should I clean the leather cover?

Wipe it with a soft, dry or slightly damp cloth. Do not machine wash, soak, or expose it to direct heat. Allow it to air-dry completely before reinstalling it.
