Gourmet Camping Cookware Set

This was a gift for my grandson, I was thrilled to find a set similar to one I used as a young camper so many years ago. He was very excited to get it and looks forward to using it. I am sure it will bring him many wonderful memories like I have from my earlier experiences.

I have this camping set and stove in case of power outages as we had here in Texas.

Had one before somebody borrowed it and never returned it they work great

It is aluminum and has a tin pan quality to it but this mess kit does the job and it is excellent as far as Aluminum is an excellent conductor of heat and cold and it literally weighs next to nothing.

For the price this can't be beat.

I’m assembling a ‘go-bag’ in case of a natural disaster or other reason to have to evacuate. I was a Girl Scout and later also a GS leader and had a mess kit just like this but don’t know whatever happened to it over the years. This is just what I wanted.
