Can I store a fuel canister inside the kettle?

Yes. It fits a standard 8 oz (230 g) backpacking fuel canister.
Some compact folding stoves may also fit, depending on their packed dimensions, but compatibility is not guaranteed.

Does the handle lock the lid in place?

The raised handle helps hold the lid while pouring, but it does not create a sealed or leakproof closure. Pour steadily and continue supporting the kettle securely.

Can I use it over a campfire?

Yes, over controlled campfire heat. Remove the transparent silicone covers from the handle hooks first, keep the handle hardware away from direct flames, and use heat-resistant gloves. Soot and exterior discoloration may occur.
