Unprofessional taken to a whole new level!

This company is so unprofessional! Any inquiry goes through AI. Only when nonsensical responses escalate do they put you in touch with “customer service”. Their knowledge is barely more than the auto-generated responses from their sub par AI tool.

Any attempt to return poorly described or poorly constructed items means the customer has to pay shipping to China.

Despite being aware of my complete dissatisfaction they continue to email me asking for a review. That is how poorly automated their entire system is!

I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere!

Coffee pour-over worked like a champ

First of all, the product is called a coffee filter, but strictly speaking, it only holds/supports the filter you choose to use. I used the smallest paper cone filter (4-6 cup) I could buy, flattening the folds so it would sit solidly. I quickly heated up water with my Fire Maple stove, and slowly poured it over the grounds I'd placed in the filter. I had a large mug, so I kept pouring hot water over the grounds until my mug was almost full. A delicious cup of coffee.

Easy to use

Makes one cup of coffee, so I pour one through and add a few coffee grinds and pour another cup through. Up here in Northern Newfoundland you don’t get fancy.

Dupped

Good construction, seems tough enough (which is why I bought it) but way to small to hold a normal sized cone filter….unless you’re making a cup of coffee for a single midget…..forget it. Unsatisfactory.

Sol

So easy, no grit, tasty coffee.

I thought this would be something that I'd use occasionally, but now it's my preferred coffee maker. Using several different pre-ground coffee brands, the bottom of the cup has never accumulated grit or grounds. I use a butter knife to gently remove the grounds into the compost bin, then clean the filter in the sink. I'm pleasantly surprised at how convenient this gadget is, especially when compared to my French press.
