Which pot does this fit?

It is designed specifically for the Petrel 750ml (G2) Pot.

Can I boil water with the filter inside?

NO.

Safety Rule: Always remove the filter assembly before lighting the stove.
Boil the water first, turn off the flame, add coffee grounds, and then insert the press. Boiling with the press inside can cause dangerous overflow or melt the knob.

Is it hard to clean?

It requires a quick rinse.

The mesh is fine enough to trap grounds. Just rinse it with water immediately after use. Do not let coffee grounds dry and harden in the mesh, as they become harder to scrub out later.

Can I use it for tea?

Yes. It works perfectly for loose-leaf tea as well, straining out the leaves just like it does specifically for coffee grounds.
