Is the Sunflower Grill Plate large enough for two people?

It is primarily sized for one person. It can handle small shared snacks or side dishes for two, but it is not large enough to cook two full meals at once.

What can I cook on it?

It works best for steak, sausages, bacon, toast, grilled sandwiches, sliced vegetables, and other foods that benefit from a ridged surface.

Eggs are possible, but the raised grooves make fried or scrambled eggs less convenient than on a flat frying pan.

Which camping stoves fit the grill plate?

It comes with one clever tool that does both. The included Stainless Steel Mini Tongs function normally to grab and flip your food.
When it's time to move the hot pan off the stove, simply close the tongs and slide them into the dedicated slot on the side of the grill plate. They instantly lock in to act as a highly secure, heat-proof pot gripper. This eliminates the need to pack two separate utensils.

Do the tongs also work as a handle?

Yes. Close the tongs and insert them into the side slot to use them as a removable lifting grip.

Turn off the stove before moving the plate. The tongs are stainless steel and may become hot during use, so handle them carefully.

Can the metal tongs damage the non-stick coating?

Yes, if the tips are dragged or scraped against the cooking surface. Use the tongs for lifting and turning food, and use a wooden or silicone utensil when scraping is necessary.
