Petrel Ultralight Pot Neoprene Sleeve

I accidently ordered the wrong size as the fact of choices was not prominent. HOWEVER, I decided to keep it because I have silicone bands which I am using to secure the sleeve. I think it allows for better heat protection the way I am using it. Very happy, even with my mistake!!

Stove works great! Boils water quickly with limited wind interference when paired with the petrel 3 pot. Considering performance and price of both the greenpeak II and petrel pot they are awesome! However. My first greenpeak stove took 18 days to arrive, missing my 5 day hunt in Montana. Shipping was like $10, could've ordered it from Amazon and got it in 3 days but opted to order from firemaple directly. In my opinion 18 days is to long. Stove arrived while I was in Montana. Tested it after I arrived home. It leaked gas from the adjustment valve and burst into flames shortly after starting the burner. I contacted firemaple customer service and received a response within a couple days. They sent out a replacement stove at no cost. This one works great!

After going down the weight cutting rabbit hole, I landed on the Soto Windmaster, and the Firemaple G2. This is lighter and effective in the wind. The neoprene sleeve both keeps the food warm longer and allows you to hold it without burning your hands.

Only wish there was a greenpeak pro set option

Using with the Petrel G3 HX 600ml and the GreenPeak II stove. Works great!
