Does the 300ml cup come with a lid?

No. The 300ml version is designed as an open-top ultralight drinking cup and does not include a lid.

Can I heat it directly on a stove?

Yes. The titanium body can be placed directly on a compact gas stove. The metal body and handles will get hot, so use caution when removing it.

Is this cup for cooking?

It is mainly a drinking cup. It can heat small amounts of water, but for cooking meals or boiling larger volumes, the 900ml Alti Titanium Pot is the better choice.
