Does the 300ml cup come with a lid?

No. The 300ml version is intentionally designed as a classic, open-top ultralight drinking cup for sipping coffee or tea, so it does not include a lid.

Is it safe to heat directly on a stove or fire?

Yes. It is made of premium single-wall titanium. You can safely place it directly on a gas burner or into the coals of a campfire to warm up your drink.
(Note: The metal body and handles will get hot, so use caution when removing it from the heat source).
