How do I set up the pots on the stand?

The kit includes 4 small metal pot support clips. These slot into the windscreen base to hold the pots securely.
Pro Tip: While 4 clips are included, the system is designed to be fully stable using only 3 clips (forming a tripod). This means the 4th clip is effectively a spare! If you lose one in the grass, your cooking trip isn't ruined.

Can I use an alcohol burner with this kit?

Yes! While this specific kit comes with a high-power Gas Burner (for isobutane canisters), the base's mounting hole is standard-sized to fit a Fire-Maple (or similar) brass alcohol burner cup.

Is the frying pan non-stick? (⚠️ CARE WARNING)

The pans are made from Hard-Anodized Aluminum, which is extremely durable and scratch-resistant. However, it is NOT coated with Teflon (PTFE). It offers good stick resistance only if you use oil or butter and let the pan heat up before adding food. It is much safer and longer-lasting than traditional delicate non-stick coatings.

Can I put these pots in the dishwasher? (⚠️ CARE WARNING)

No. Hand wash only. We highly recommend washing only with mild soap and a soft sponge. Dishwasher detergents are incredibly harsh on the hard-anodized finish and will permanently ruin the surface of the aluminum.
