Which gas canisters does this leather cover fit?

It fits most standard 8oz (230g) isobutane-propane canisters, including many models from MSR, Jetboil, Snow Peak, and similar brands.

Note: Some Coleman 230g flat canisters are slightly wider than the industry standard and may be a very tight fit or may not fit at all.

Will it fit all 230g canisters perfectly?

Not always. Some Coleman-style canisters are slightly wider than standard backpacking canisters and may fit very tightly.

Does this actually help in cold weather?

A little. The leather layer can slightly reduce direct heat loss, but it is not a substitute for active canister warming in very cold conditions.

Is this mainly for looks?

Mostly, yes. It’s designed to create a cleaner, more natural camp setup while adding light insulation and surface protection.

Do you offer 4oz or 16oz versions?

Currently this version is designed only for standard 8oz (230g) canisters.
