Why should I choose the X1 Pro over the original Star X1?

Better stability. The X1 Pro replaces the shaky "butterfly" wires with rigid, fixed steel handles. It eliminates the wobble, making it much safer and easier for beginners to pour boiling water.

Does it fit other pots or pans?

The Star X1 Pro is designed as a high-efficiency integrated system, meaning it works best with its own heat-exchange pot. By default, it does not include a separate pot stand. If you plan to use your own frying pans or different pots, we recommend purchasing our universal pot stand separately to ensure a stable cooking surface.

How fast does it boil?

It’s a powerhouse. It boils 0.5L of water in under 2 minutes and a full 1L in about 3.5 minutes, even in windy conditions.

What fuel does it use?

It’s compatible with any standard screw-on isobutane-propane canister. A small 100g/110g canister can even be tucked inside the pot for easy storage.

Please note that fuel is not included with your purchase; you can easily pick up a canister at major retailers like Walmart, REI, or local outdoor stores.
