What fuels can I use?

Use dry twigs, small branches, or untreated wood. The stove can also hold a compatible camping alcohol burner, which is sold separately.

Do not use canister gas, gasoline, kerosene, painted wood, treated lumber, plastic, or trash.

Is an alcohol burner included?

No. The package includes the titanium stove panels and a cloth storage bag. The alcohol burner must be purchased separately.

Will it burn or damage the ground?

The raised inner plate reduces direct contact, but radiant heat, ash, and embers may still scorch grass, organic soil, tables, or other surfaces.

Use the stove inside an approved fire area or on cleared mineral soil, gravel, sand, or a suitable heat-resistant base. Leave No Trace guidance recommends additional mineral-soil insulation even when using a fire pan.

Is it hard to assemble?

No tools are required. The titanium panels connect through interlocking slots. Practice assembling the stove before your trip, and do not force panels that are misaligned.

What cookware can I use?

Use centered, flat-bottomed cookware that rests securely across the top supports.
