What does the WIFI Adapter do?

It converts a standard 8 oz (220–227 g) bayonet-style butane canister into an EN417 threaded fuel connection.

Its folding legs also form a low tripod base for a compatible canister-top stove.

How is WIFI different from the Anaconda Adapter?

WIFI includes three support legs and is intended primarily for direct-mount canister stoves.

Anaconda is a smaller connection adapter intended primarily for remote-hose stoves, where the burner already sits separately from the fuel canister.

Which butane canisters does it fit?

It fits common long, cassette-style butane canisters with a bayonet valve and collar notch, typically containing 8 oz (220–227 g) of fuel.

It does not fit threaded isobutane canisters, 1 lb propane cylinders, or pierceable cartridges.

Does the adapter regulate fuel pressure?

No. It changes the canister connection but does not regulate gas pressure.

Stove output will still vary with fuel type, canister temperature, fuel level, and the stove valve.

Is it suitable for cold weather?

Standard butane loses pressure as temperatures approach freezing.

The WIFI adapter does not contain a pressure regulator or preheat tube and does not improve the cold-weather performance of butane fuel.
